TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Hanze University of Applied Sciences intends to publish the European public procurement for the hiring of temporary agency staff up to pay scale 9 under the cao-hbo collective bargaining agreement, including the management of the supervisor pool, around 9 September 2026. The assignment will not be divided into lots. The Hanze University of Applied Sciences intends to award a contract to a single contractor for the entire assignment. Average annual staffing costs for 2024/2025: approx. €1.95 million exclusive of VAT (temporary agency work + supervisors together), with an expected range of €1.9–2.05 million per year.
