TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of the assignment is to prepare ice control together with the client, to deliver and maintain the necessary equipment and materials for ice control, and to support the execution of ice control. To prevent fragmented procurement, a task-oriented approach has been chosen. Excluded from this procurement are: o The delivery of salt and brine; o The coordination and execution of ice control; o The management and maintenance of municipal road surface measuring points; o The provision of Meteorological support. - Developing and implementing a new ice control plan (policy and operational); - Delivery/rental/lease etc. of replacement winter machines: keeping the municipal fleet of winter machines up to date (operational, reliable); - Route guidance systems and vehicle tracking: implementing, keeping efficient and operational; - Maintaining and improving employees' knowledge level; - Applying innovations (initiating and utilizing), fulfilling tasks as sustainably as possible; - Realising ice control annually in a sustainable and integrated manner in collaboration; - Achieving the sustainability objective: 50% less CO2 emissions and 50% circular operations by 2030; - Initiating…
