TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement concerns a European procurement procedure for the purpose of Supplies in accordance with the Works Procurement Regulations 2016 (chapter 2) for the municipality of Harderwijk. This public procurement procedure has been published online. All businesses that meet the stated requirements may submit a tender. Purpose of the procurement The contracting authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the supply of sand for raising ground for the development of Harderweide phase 3, as further described under questionnaire 1.1 of this document, and will be carried out on the basis of the RAW system. The Uniform Administrative Conditions (UAV) apply to this contract. The Agreement is valid for the duration of the work to be carried out. This contract is awarded in its entirety; there is no splitting into lots. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submitted the economically most advantageous tender on the basis of the lowest price.
