TENDER DESCRIPTION

The award procedure forms part of the refurbishment project of the former Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co. - Connemara area. The construction project is located at Baptist-Kraus-Straße 5 in 92665 Altenstadt a.d. Waldnaab. For the former factory site, an overall concept was developed according to which, in a first step, the northern area between the operating site and the works landfill is to be revitalised. For the refurbishment project, for the purpose of shortening the tender submission period, pursuant to § 12 EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 218281-2026 on 30 March 2026. The subject of the present award procedure are the interior plastering works designated in the prior information notice under point 5.1 Lot: LOT-0009. The work to be tendered includes, for the main building, the plastering of the complete interior wall surface KD-DG. The estimated duration for the plastering works is approximately three (3) months.
