TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension new build of KGS Buisdorf as a three-storey (basement-ground floor) detached solid construction with a canteen and serving kitchen (cook & chill), as well as rooms for the Open All Day, classrooms, sanitary facilities and a large plant room/technical centre. The roof surface will be designed as an extensively greened flat roof with a PV system. Plot area: 4,593 m² Gross floor area (GFA): approx. 1,594 m² Gross volume (BRI): approx. 6,740 m³ Net floor area (NFA): approx. 1,302 m2 Construction started in July 2024. The measure is carried out in a single construction phase. The construction work is carried out during ongoing school operations. The work is carried out in sections in accordance with construction progress, in coordination with the site management. Daily construction logbook/record keeping is required. The scope of work includes all interior plastering works for the areas of application including site set-up, preliminaries, plastering work, scaffolding, internal thermal insulation, etc..
