TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of work includes site setup and site clearance, remediation of hazardous substances, in particular of asbestos- and KMF-containing components, stripping out and demolition of the winery building including the storage hall/theater and the heating extension, as well as the complete demolition of the school pavilion Moltkestraße 41 down to below the ground floor slab (UK) of the ground floor. The existing cellar rooms are to be filled flush-sealed with liquid screed; external works and traffic areas are to be dismantled and cleared, respectively. Selected components of the "Alte Kelter" are to be selectively dismantled before the actual demolition, in a non-destructive manner, to be marked, documented and stored protected for later re-use, or made available. The remaining mineral and non-mineral construction materials are to be separated and routed to proper recovery or disposal. A corresponding disposal and recovery concept is to be submitted.
