TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned redevelopment of Long Street, an evidence preservation procedure must be carried out at the buildings located within the construction area before construction work begins. The measure is intended to record and document the existing condition of the buildings prior to the commencement of the construction works. The initial evidence preservation comprises a total of 79 buildings in accordance with the building fact sheets and the building overview. The scope of services is derived from the bill of quantities (specifications of services).
