TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned redevelopment of Lange Straße, prior to the start of construction work, evidence preservation must be carried out on the buildings located within the construction area. The measure serves to record and document the existing condition of the buildings before construction work begins. The initial evidence preservation comprises a total of 79 buildings in accordance with the building specifications as well as the building overview. The scope of services follows from the bill of quantities (performance specification).
