Procedure Awarding procedure by means of the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, we refer you to the municipality’s website: www.breda.nl. Scope One of the municipality’s tasks is enforcement in relation to parking. The Municipality of Breda carries out this enforcement on its own. Since 2019, scan vehicles (scanauto’s) have been used. In this context, collection orders/assessments for supplementary charges (naheffingsaanslagen) are issued. These assessments must be collected. This request concerns the imposition and collection/collection and recovery (inning/invordering) of the supplementary charge assessments issued by the municipality for both Dutch and foreign licence plates. In addition, an objection may be lodged against these assessments. The handling of these notices of objection and the handling of any subsequent notices of appeal also form part of this assignment.
