TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Under contracting part No. 1 – the Contractor shall be obliged to: 1) prepare design documentation(s), including Construction(s) Project(s), Technical Project(s) and Execution/Working Project(s), cost estimate(s) together with bill of quantities for the works, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, along with obtaining final and binding decisions on the building permit or notification(s) of the works—for the entire scope described in the Functional and Utility Programme, and also prepare a Construction Schedule for approval by the Contracting Authority; 2) carry out construction works, based on the design-and-cost-estimate documentation(s) prepared and accepted by the Contracting Authority referred to in point 1) above, and the final and binding decision(s) on the building permit or notification(s) of the works, and obtain the final and binding permit(s) for use or notification(s) of completion of the works (if applicable); 3) implement the energy management system for energy management, monitoring, management of energy production and distribution, optimization, integration of metering systems, reporting and data analysis. 2.
