TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Under Part of the contract no. 1, the Contractor shall be required to: 1) prepare the design documentation(s), including Building Design(s), Technical Design(s) and Executive Design(s), cost estimate(s) together with the bill(s) of quantities, technical specification(s) for the performance and acceptance of works, together with obtaining final/valid decisions on the building permit or notification(s) for the works – for the entire scope described in the Functional and Utility Program, and also prepare the Construction Schedule for approval by the Contracting Authority; 2) carry out construction works, based on the design-and-cost-estimate documentation(s) prepared and accepted by the Contracting Authority, referred to in point 1) above, and obtained final/valid decisions on the building permit or notification(s) for the works, and obtain final/valid permits for use or notification(s) of completion of the works (if applicable); 3) implement an energy management, monitoring, production and energy distribution management system, optimisation, integration of metering systems, reporting and data analysis. 2.
