TENDER DESCRIPTION

Åre Municipality intends, through this procurement, to enter into an agreement for the collection, transport, transfer and long-distance transport of municipal waste within Åre Municipality (“the Assignment”). The Assignment includes, among other things: - Collection of residual waste and food waste from households and businesses. - Emptying of waste bins, containers, compactors as well as above-ground and underground waste containers. - Scheduled extra emptying and urgent extra emptying. - Emptying of the collection site, including pay-bag stations and CUS. - Transport of waste from the subscriber to the transfer station. - Provision of the transfer station as well as weighing and transfer/loading of collected waste. - Long-distance transport of waste to a treatment facility. - Setting out, replacement, retrieval, labeling, registration and simpler repair of waste bins. The Contracting Authority is responsible for customer service, the subscriber register and invoicing of waste fees.
