TENDER DESCRIPTION
This invitation to tender is part of a funded federal project by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, the total volume of which is above the EU threshold. The 80:20 rule under Section 3(9) of the German Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV) applies. The individual lots will be published as separate invitations to tender. For this reason, the contract award is carried out within the framework of an open procedure pursuant to Section 15 of the VgV, irrespective of the estimated contract value of the individual lot. In this case, two lots are combined in one EU procedure in the form of two specialist lots, as the target groups may overlap or intersect. Lots 1 and 2, “VR main system” and “VR special system”, include high-quality VR head-mounted displays (VR HMDs) including the associated accessories, as well as two high-resolution special systems.
