TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender is part of a funded federal project by the Federal Ministry of Education, Research and Technology and Space, the total value of which is above the EU threshold. The 80:20 rule of § 3(9) VgV applies. The individual lots are published as separate tenders. As a result, the contract award is carried out as part of an open procedure in accordance with §15 VgV, irrespective of the estimated contract value of the individual lot. In the present case, two lots are combined in one EU procedure in the form of two specialist lots for tendering, since the groups of intended recipients may overlap or coincide. Lots 1 and 2 "VR main system" and "VR special system" include high-quality VR head-mounted displays (VR HMDs), including associated accessories, as well as two high-resolution special systems.
