TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works for lot 1 to and including lot 4 roughly consist of cleaning and inspection work and minor civil engineering work aimed at sewer systems. The most common works are (non-exhaustive): • Cleaning and/or removing obstructions in municipal house and lateral connections; • Repairing defects or breaks in house and lateral connections; • Repairing defects or breaks in the main sewer from outside; • Installing PVC house connections in accordance with standard details, among others for incidental new builds; • Installing new, replacing and/or repairing (defective) manholes, channel drains and similar facilities; • Carrying out a 24/7 fault service for urgent assignments, including cleaning and unblocking house and lateral connections; • Providing assistance in solving sewer and water nuisance problems in the public area, for residents and for businesses; • Incidental cleaning of main, mini and pressure pumping stations. The expected scale for the total term of the agreement for lot 1 is approximately €1,500,000,- exclusive of VAT.
