TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the services of televised inspections and cleaning of non-inspectable and inspectable sewers of the combined or separate type located in the municipalities of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. The framework agreement with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 800,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over 4 years (including renewals) is awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The MULTI-AWARD framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid based on unit and lump sum prices. The advance payment amount is set at 20% of the initial amount.
