TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns televised inspection and cleaning services for non-accessible and accessible sewers of both combined and separate types located in the municipalities of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. The framework agreement with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 800,000 euros excluding VAT over 4 years (including renewals) is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The MULTI-AWARD framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. The advance payment is set at 20% of the initial amount.
