As part of the inspection, data collection and upgrading of the street lighting system with subsequent maintenance contract for the urban area of Grafenwöhr, the following services are planned to be awarded: 1. Inspection: - Visual and functional check as well as inspection of approx. 1,794 lighting points including cable transition boxes - Carrying out insulation tests to check protection class II and to ensure electrical safety at the lighting points - Photo documentation of the switching devices (inside and outside) as well as the defective lighting points due to damage to luminaires, masts or a lighting environment - Measurement of loop impedance 2. Recording and documentation (data collection) - Data collection and documentation of the switching devices as well as the associated luminaires - Recording and documentation of the circuits including creation of a circuit plan - Recording of mast locations by means of GPS surveying.
