As part of the inspection, data recording and upgrading of the street lighting system with subsequent maintenance contract for the city area of Grafenwöhr, the procurement of the following services is planned: 1. Inspection: - Visual and functional inspection as well as inspection of approx. 1,794 lighting points including the cable transition boxes - Performing insulation tests to verify protection class II and to ensure electrical safety at the lighting points - Photographic documentation of the switchgear (inside and outside) as well as of defective lighting points due to damage to luminaires, poles or the lighting environment - Measurement of the loop impedance 2. Recording and documentation (data recording) - Data capture and documentation of the switchgear and the associated luminaires - Recording and documentation of the circuits including creation of a circuit diagram - Recording of pole locations using GPS surveying.
