TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the design, supply, transport, installation, rental for a projected period of 24 months, maintenance and dismantling of a set of modular buildings intended to temporarily host the football and rugby activities at the Val de l'Aurence stadium, Rue Jules-Ladoumègue - Limoges. The contracting authority specifies that the scope of installation services up to commissioning of the structures is indicated in the CCTP. The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum amount is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and, where applicable, the award of subsequent contracts.
