TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the design, supply, transport, installation, leasing for a forecast period of 24 months, maintenance and removal of a set of modular buildings intended to temporarily accommodate the football and rugby activities of the Val de l'Aurence stadium, Jules-Ladoumègue Street - Limoges. The contracting authority specifies that the limits of installation services up to commissioning of the structures are set out in the CCTP. The award procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
