TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The value of all the services is defined as follows: Minimum amount per period: €10,000 excluding tax (HT) Maximum amount per period: €50,000 excluding tax (HT) By way of derogation from Article 3.7.5 of the CCAG FCS, no compensation is provided in the event that the periodic minimum amount is not reached. The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders may be issued. The first period runs from 16/12/2026 for a duration of 12 months. The present framework agreement may be tacitly renewed 3 times per period of 12 months, up to a maximum of 48 months. The terms and conditions for renewal are described in the CCAP. The execution deadlines are described in the CCAP. In addition, no form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority.
