TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the refurbishment of KITA "kleine Strolche", the existing heat generation system is to be replaced and substituted with a modern heat pump system. The essential scope of performance includes the delivery, installation and commissioning-ready handover of a heat generation system consisting of two air-to-water monoblock heat pumps in cascade configuration, including the associated control and regulation technology, buffer storage tank, hydraulic components, expansion vessels, electrical sub-distributions, energy meters, and the required connection and interconnecting lines. The heat pumps are intended for heating and cooling operation as well as for domestic hot water generation. The scope of performance further includes the required heating distribution systems, including radiators and heating pipes, the integration of the heat generation into the existing heating system and/or the heating system to be newly installed, and the complete measuring, control and regulation technology.
