TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance, repair services and fault rectification for lifts and conveying systems in the properties Reichstag building, Reich President’s Palace and underground access system of the German Bundestag The service includes maintenance, repair, improvement and fault rectification for lifts and conveying systems. Furthermore, the contractor must provide a 24-hour call-out service for faults in the lift installations on all days of the year and ensure that fault rectification is carried out in accordance with the service times. The ride quality of the lifts in accordance with DIN ISO 18738 is to be determined annually as part of the maintenance work. Applicable standards such as, for example, AR 2014/33/EU and EN 81-20/50 must be applied and taken into account without fail in all modernization measures.
