TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract comprises dismantling, maintenance/repairs, conversion, fabrication and installation work on the rotating segment gate of the Herne-Ost ship lock facility, northern chamber, including the ancillary and follow-on work required for this. The focus of the measure is the repair of the upper gate bearing on the drive side of the rotating segment gate. For this purpose, existing bearing and wear components are to be dismantled and replaced with new components. In the course of the work, in addition, further components belonging to the bearing, seals and connecting elements are to be renewed. The components required for the repair are provided in part on site and are to be installed by the contractor in a professional manner. The components removed or consumed in the course of the work are to be newly fabricated or procured in accordance with the requirements and supplied in order to replenish the spare parts inventory.
