TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services in accordance with §§ 56 et seq. HOAI for plant groups 1 to 5 and 8. First, performance phases 1 to 3 are commissioned; performance phases 4 to 8 are optional and are called up in stages. In particular, the following are to be processed: existing inventory analysis, temporary transitional air conditioning, a permanent air-conditioning and control concept, dismantling and replacement of the existing systems, and coordination with architectural planning, building physics, and monument protection. As a special service, an inspection of the existing plant groups 1, 2, 4 and 5 including graphical presentation of the essential installations is provided.
