TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning services in accordance with §§ 56 et seq. HOAI for building services groups 1 to 5 and 8. Initially, performance phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned; performance phases 4 to 8 are optional and will be called up in stages. In particular, the following are to be processed: existing inventory analysis, temporary transitional air-conditioning, permanent air-conditioning and control concept, dismantling and replacement of existing installations, and coordination with architectural design, building physics, and monument protection. As a special service, an on-site survey of the building services groups 1, 2, 4 and 5 is provided, including graphic representation of the essential installations.
