TENDER DESCRIPTION

This concerns the planned concrete repair of the exterior walkways at Building 667 at Hahn Airport. As part of the planning, however, the FBT must first carry out a variant study including a preliminary cost estimate. It must be determined whether the damage identified can be remedied by repairing the existing exterior walkways or whether, alternatively, demolition of the existing structure should be considered. Based on the results of the variant study, the variant suitable for further planning and implementation is to be selected. The three-storey office building was constructed in 1985 using solid construction with externally located, covered exterior walkways and flat roofs. Originally, the buildings served as accommodations for soldiers until approximately 1995 and were subsequently refurbished and put to office use. The LBB building at Hahn Airport is divided into three partially identical sub-buildings A, B and C. Each sub-building has a length of approx. 22.00 m, a width of approx. 18.00 m and a height of approx. 10.00 m at the gable end.
