TENDER DESCRIPTION
In addition to the above, the following would form part of the contract object: - Supply of spare parts for the main materials. - Assembly, installation and maintenance services. Depending on the subject matter of the derived contract, assembly and installation of the materials to be supplied and/or associated preventive/corrective maintenance services may be required. Thus, this specification structurally includes the clauses relating to the submission and approval of candidates as well as the generic clauses that would affect future specific contracts or contracts derived from this dynamic purchasing system, hereinafter referred to as DPS. However, requests for tenders for future specific contracts will specify certain aspects more precisely.
