    TENDER DESCRIPTION

The biggest risk for cybersecurity on the battlefield is the threat to one’s own wireless radio communications posed by the enemy’s electronic warfare (EloKa). In addition to ensuring integrity and security against eavesdropping of the transmitted information through modern cryptographic methods, as well as the availability of information links even under jamming measures, protection of one’s own electromagnetic signature against the enemy’s localization methods is a frequently overlooked but operationally critical component of Communications Security (COMSEC). In particular, in direct communication between two transmitting stations, there is the risk that one’s own transmission will be intercepted and decoded by enemy forces, or that one’s own location will be disrupted or localized with the help of EloKa measures. At present, units in the field respond with technical measures (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum/Frequency Hopping methods, burst transmissions, microwave radio links) or tactical measures (short transmit cycles, radio discipline, high mobility), which restricts the use of wireless communication and its advantages in operations. On the other hand, the uninterrupted…
