TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Board of Directors of the Lowys Porquin Foundation, hereinafter referred to as the ‘contracting authority’ or ‘contracting party’, intends to place an assignment on the market for the integral management and maintenance of its real estate portfolio. The assignment includes a multi-year services agreement for performance- and price-based maintenance (PPGO) of building-related and technical installations, including the framework agreement, inseparably connected therewith, for the execution of works that follow from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP). The (combination of) market party(ies) is/are hereinafter referred to as the ‘(potential) candidate’ or ‘contractor’.
