TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Board of Directors of the Lowys Porquin Foundation, hereinafter referred to as the ‘contracting authority’ or ‘client’, intends to place a contract on the market for the integral management and maintenance of its real estate portfolio. The contract includes a multi-year services agreement for performance- and price-oriented maintenance (PPGO) of building-related and technical installations, including the framework agreement for the execution of works that arise from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) and that are inextricably linked to it. The market party(ies) (combination of) is/are hereinafter referred to as the ‘(potential) tenderer’ or ‘contractor’. Services agreement for integral management and maintenance (PPGO), duration 4 years + option 2x12 months, ± € 3,200,000 total over the base term. Framework agreement for MJOP works, duration 4 years + option 2x12 months, ± € 6,000,000 total over the base term.
