TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Board of the Lowys Porquinstichting, hereinafter referred to as the ‘contracting authority’ or ‘client’, intends to put out to the market an assignment for the integrated management and maintenance of its real estate portfolio. The assignment includes a multi-year services agreement for performance- and price-oriented maintenance (PPGO) of building-related and technical installations, including the framework agreement for the execution of works that arise from the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP), which is inseparably connected with it. The (combination of) market party(ies) is/are hereinafter referred to as the ‘(potential) candidate’ or ‘contractor’. Services agreement for integrated management and maintenance (PPGO), duration 4 years + option 2x12 months, approximately € 3,200,000 total for the base duration Framework agreement for MJOP works, duration 4 years + option 2x12 months, approximately € 6,000,000 total for the base duration.
