TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the integral maintenance of cemeteries, the digging and closing of graves, and everything related to this. The Agreement includes four parts; these are described in paragraph 3.5. Planned maintenance has, in this respect, a relatively stable scope, with changes as a result of, for example, an expansion of the area, conversions, or changes in the level of image/visual quality, expected to be limited. The other parts of the integral maintenance, namely project-based maintenance, “services on the basis of supervision/management directives” and the optional scope, can be determined in size less well in advance. Precisely for this reason, the RAW framework agreement has been chosen (in the case of project-based maintenance), reimbursement of actual costs (“services on the basis of supervision/management directives”), or on the basis of a further quotation (optional scope).
