An inclusive and modern recreational area near Primary School No 38 in Gdańsk under the Citizens’ Budget. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled: An inclusive and modern recreational area near Primary School No 38 in Gdańsk under the Citizens’ Budget. The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works consisting in the revitalisation of the recreational area at Primary School No 38 in Gdańsk, where a playground currently exists, in accordance with the design documentation attached to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. 2. The scope of the contract includes all works, activities and works required to carry out the investment task, including the following elements: 1) Preparatory works, 2) Demolition works, 3) Relocation of parts of existing structures, 4) Construction of new elements, 5) Construction of surfacing, 6) Planting works, 7) Cleaning-up works. 3.
