Osaühing ALMEDA KLIINIK intends to enter into a contract for work for the construction of a care home in Sillamäe. For the construction works, the Grant Recipient has calculated 9 months, and 2 months have been allocated for building permit procedures, for a total of 11 months. For submission of a tender, the interested person is required to familiarise themselves with the site conditions (§ 111 (6) p 1).
