TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Dortmund aims to actively support the energy transition and the transformation of the building stock at district level. The results of the Municipal Heat Planning show that, particularly in the private building stock, there are considerable potential savings in energy consumption, reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and a shift to renewable energy sources. Individual property owners, housing companies, commercial businesses and other local stakeholders face complex technical, economic and organisational challenges. Implementing the relevant measures requires, in particular, activating and accompanying these different target groups. There is a high need for information, advice, networking and support in developing specific projects. Against this background, the City of Dortmund intends to have integrated energy-related district concepts prepared or updated for the climate districts of Westerfilde & Bodelschwingh and Huckarde, and to deploy refurbishment managements that accompany the preparation of the concepts and build on them.
