TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the design of architecture, development, delivery, and implementation of a new Integrated Foreigners' Agenda System (ICAS). The fulfillment will include the creation of a functional whole of the agenda information system including the operating environment, client part (foreigner's profile) within the frontend, backend, application solution, and also including migration of data from existing information systems. The application solution will reflect new legislative requirements in the area of foreigners' residence issues, standards of services provided by state administration, cybersecurity, and the execution of file services. The main users of the new information system will be employees of the Asylum and Migration Policy Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The fulfillment will also include subsequent maintenance, operation, and development of ICAS for an indefinite period according to the needs and requirements of the contracting authority.
