The subject of procurement is the procurement of external specialized high-expertise and advisory services for knowledge and technology transfer, analysis and protection of intellectual property (IP) and market analysis, as well as the preparation of a commercialization strategy for innovative solutions developed within the project ''ToxiCode: Transforming Venom Peptides into Precision Therapies by Deciphering and Refining their Evolutionary Code''. The purpose of this service is to ensure comprehensive legal–technical and market support for the transfer of technology of the solutions developed in the project (a generative AI platform for de novo design of therapeutic peptides and identified peptide candidates). The subject of procurement comprises four interrelated units: analysis of intellectual property and freedom to operate on the market (FTO), preparation and filing of patent applications, market analysis and validation, and the development of a commercialization strategy, business model and investor readiness.
