1. Arterial pressure measuring components 240 In determining the technical specifications, where the brand name (or manufacturer, country, etc.) is stated, this was done in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) for the purpose of clearly defining the quality of the goods. 46. § (5) Instead of the specified brand-name product, a “or equivalent” product may also be offered. 1.
