A detailed description of the contract forms Annex E.1 – Documentation of operating sets (hereinafter only the “subject of the contract” or the “work”). The contracting authority also draws attention to the commercial and other conditions for performance of the requested subject of the contract, which are set out in the Draft Contract that will be the result of this public procurement procedure. Any necessary expenses for adapting the connection of the offered equipment to the specified networks (if relevant) must be included in the final price. The documentation of operating sets forms Annex E.1 to these tender documents. The offered goods must meet the technical specification stated in Annex E.1, in accordance with the specified tolerances. The contracting authority allows a dimensional tolerance provided that the tenderer, at its own expense, adjusts—ensures the activities and appearance in accordance with the above paragraph while complying with all applicable standards relating to the subject of supply.
