TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance cleaning in various buildings of the University of Augsburg for an interim period of up to 30 September 2027; cleaning and care of non-textile/textile floor coverings, sanitary and building-services technical installations, as well as items of room fittings and room furnishing, special cleaning as required. The contractor must provide a clean cleaning result in accordance with the contract; in doing so, the cleaning hours specified in the tender documents as minimum quantity must be provided. Only the cleaning hours actually provided are remunerated. Cleaning area of approx. 53,072.57 m² for maintenance cleaning Lot 1.
