TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance cleaning in various buildings of the University of Augsburg for an interim period up to a maximum of 30 September 2027; cleaning and maintenance of non-textile/textile floor coverings, sanitary and building services (building-technical) systems, as well as items of room fittings and room furnishings, special cleaning upon request. A clean cleaning result in accordance with the contract must be provided; for this purpose, the minimum number of cleaning hours specified in the tender documents must be supplied. Only cleaning hours actually performed are remunerated. Cleaning area of approx. 53,072.57 m² for maintenance cleaning Lot 1.
