TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises the planning and conduct of internal audits and security reviews for an information network certified in accordance with ISO 27001 on the basis of BSI IT baseline protection and for its participating outsourcing partners. The information network to be audited, “Operational operation of the EU payment office Brandenburg-Berlin”, consists of the organisational units of the Ministry for Rural Development, Agriculture, Environment and Consumer Protection of the state of Brandenburg (MLEUV) and the state office directly subordinate to it for Rural Development, Agriculture and Land Consolidation (LELF). These perform the specialist tasks of granting, monitoring, paying, accounting and managing outstanding amounts of European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF/EGFL) funding, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD/ELER) and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), as well as the other entities involved in the payment procedure (districts/landkreise, the state forestry operation, the investment bank, and technical service providers), which are treated as outsourcing partners.
