TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the Contract The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for internal moving services with an initial duration of two (2) years with the possibility to extend this agreement twice for one year each. Scope of the Contract The provision of moving services within the headquarters and other branches, consisting of: - Office furniture, such as desks, chairs, plants, and cabinets; - Clearing parts of floors and subsequently reinstalling them for the replacement of floor coverings; The removal and/or relocation of furniture to another location, storage, or landfill; Providing handyman services; Connecting and disconnecting cabling of existing ICT facilities; (Cable management) Moving archive services. Storing furniture of the assignment Providing an online platform that gives real-time insight into the furniture/items present in storage.
