The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply of one (1) double-cabin auxiliary 4x4 pick-up vehicle. This vehicle must be capable of transporting five (5) persons, including the driver, and include a loading platform (bed) for equipment transport. The primary purpose of the vehicle is for use by a Fire Department Service to transport personnel and equipment to natural disaster incidents such as fires and floods, and to coordinate intervention forces. It must be able to operate on all road surfaces, both on-road and off-road.

Key deliverables and requirements include:

• Delivery of the vehicle to the Warehouses of Y.DI.P.YL. (Firefighting Material Management Service) in Mandra Attica within eight (8) months from the contract signing date.
• A warranty of good operation for the complete vehicle and its equipment for at least two (2) years from the date of receipt.
• An anti-corrosion protection warranty for the vehicle for at least five (5) years from the date of receipt.
• A warranty for the good operation of the vehicle's electrical system battery for at least one (1) year from the date of receipt.
• Provision of a complete set of operating and maintenance manuals for the vehicle in both printed and electronic format, in Greek or English.
• Provision of a copy of the EC Declaration of Conformity for each vehicle.
• Provision of EC Certificates of Conformity for each manufactured chassis.
• Submission of a status report upon delivery to the Acceptance Committee and the Fire Department / Technical Support & Infrastructure Directorate, including the chassis number and serial number.
• The first two scheduled services (maintenance) for the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer, must be performed at the supplier's expense by specialized technicians at authorized workshops.
