TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the implementation of regular and corrective (interventive) mechanical maintenance of the MBO facilities within the Biljane Donje Waste Management Centre, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic operator for a period of three (3) years. The Contractor undertakes to perform all maintenance activities carefully, competently, professionally and within the agreed time limits, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the principle of a prudent economic operator, for the needs of the Contracting Authority (EKO d.o.o.) at the mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBO) facility. The maintenance concept is based on the guidelines of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – maintenance focused on reliability) and comprises four main areas: 1. Corrective (interventive) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4.
