TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service includes the implementation of regular and corrective (interventive) mechanical maintenance of the MBO facilities as part of the Waste Management Centre Biljane Donje, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of three (3) years. The Maintenance Contractor undertakes to carry out all maintenance work in a high-quality, competent, professional manner and within the agreed deadlines, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the principle of a diligent business operator, for the needs of the Contracting Authority (EKO d.o.o.) at the mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBO) facility. The maintenance concept is based on the guidelines of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – reliability-centered maintenance) and includes four main areas: 1. Corrective (interventive) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4.
