TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service includes the implementation of regular and corrective (interventive) mechanical maintenance of the MBO plant within the Waste Management Centre Biljane Donje, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic operator for a period of three (3) years. The Contractor undertakes to perform all maintenance activities in a quality, expert, professional manner and within the contractually agreed deadlines, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the principle of a prudent businessman, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority (EKO d.o.o.) at the mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBO) plant. The maintenance concept is based on the guidelines of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – maintenance focused on reliability) and comprises four main areas: 1. Corrective (interventive) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4. Proactive maintenance By its activities, the Contractor is obliged to ensure total technical availability of the MBO plant of at least 96%, whereby the methodology for calculating technical availability is defined in Chapter 2.3.
