TENDER DESCRIPTION

The general objective of this contract is the acquisition of services for preparing cadastral documentation and valuation reports for the purpose of acquiring, through expropriation/transfer, for an estimated number of 3632 properties needed to carry out the investment objective “Express Road Focșani - Brăila”, the counties of Vrancea and Brăila. Contract amendments: 1. Amendments to the contracting parties; 2. Amendments generated by legislative changes; 3. Amendments generated by the requests of the various entities that have attributions related to the project; 4. Amendments generated by the replacement of the staff designated by the Contractor for performance of the contract; 5. Amendments generated by the replacement and/or introduction of subcontractors; 6. Amendments relating to the duration of the contract and/or the period for providing the services (if these are not attributable to the Contractor), generated, by way of example but without being limited to: • amendment by municipalities/O.C.P.I. of the documentation and information initially made available, which implies the need to redo the cadastral documentation; • changes requested by…
